Community Impact
Remote mountain communities in
Gilgit-Baltistan often face significant barriers to healthcare access,
including distance, infrastructure challenges, and financial constraints. By
hosting the camp at two school sites familiar to community members, the Akhundian
Foundation ensured maximum reach and accessibility for patients of all ages.
The foundation expressed sincere
gratitude to all volunteers, doctors, and community members whose participation
made the event possible. Their dedication exemplifies the spirit of collective
responsibility that drives the foundation’s mission.
