We are thrilled to announce that after a long and dedicated journey, Akhundian Foundation Pakistan has officially been registered with the Securities Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP)! This is a monumental achievement for our team, and we are now proudly serving not just Gilgit-Baltistan but the entire country of Pakistan.

Thank you for your tireless efforts in preparing, organizing, and submitting documents, addressing all observations, and attending numerous meetings with SECP officials over the last three years.

A special thanks to our consultant Mr. Kamran Khan, and to my longtime friend and financial advisor Mr. Bashir Bismil, whose dedication and perseverance in completing our audits with Khyzer Hayat Chartered Accountants, Karachi, and Al-Iman Chartered Accountants played a vital role in making this possible.
